Prefer email? Use the consultation form on this page and include a short description of the property or space you have in mind. A Denver commercial real estate broker from our team will reply directly, usually with a few clarifying questions and a suggested next step. There is no cost and no obligation for the first conversation, and we will tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

Talk With a Denver Commercial Real Estate Broker

When you reach out, you talk directly with a Denver commercial real estate broker who will do the work, not a call center. Tell us what you want to buy, sell or lease, your timing and your budget, and we will come back with a clear next step.

  • Office: Real Broker, LLC, 999 18th St Ste 3000, Denver, CO 80202.
  • Lance Somerville: 303-968-7047.
  • Troy Skaggs: 303-641-1374.

What Happens After You Contact Us

The first conversation is about your goals. From there, we usually start with one of three things: a broker opinion of value for owners, a market survey for tenants and buyers, or an investment analysis for investors. You get our thinking in writing, with the numbers behind it, before you commit to anything.

What to Have Ready

You do not need everything figured out before you call. A few details help us get to useful answers faster:

  • What you want to do: buy, sell, lease or invest.
  • Property type and approximate size.
  • Preferred area or submarket.
  • Timing and budget, even if they are rough.
  • For owners: rent roll, leases and recent operating statements, if available.

Want to run numbers first? Try our valuation calculator or read our SBA 504 guide. Every Denver commercial real estate broker on our team is licensed with Real Broker, LLC.

Common Reasons Clients Call Us

  • A lease expires in the next year and the business is not sure whether to renew, move or buy.
  • An owner wants to know what a building is worth before deciding to sell, refinance or hold.
  • An investor is selling a property and needs replacement property for a 1031 exchange.
  • A growing company needs warehouse, office or retail space and wants someone negotiating on its side.
  • A property is struggling with vacancy or a maturing loan and the owner needs a clear plan.

Areas We Serve

We are based in downtown Denver and work across the Front Range, including Aurora, Golden, Boulder and Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs and Pueblo, plus Parker, Castle Rock, Centennial, Lakewood and the rest of the metro. If your property is somewhere else in Colorado, call anyway. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you to someone who is.

Questions Before You Reach Out

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Many of our clients are small and mid-size businesses leasing their first real space or buying their first building. The same process applies whether you need a small office suite or a full building: define the goal, run the numbers and negotiate on your side.

Do you only work in Denver?

No. We are based in Denver and work across the Front Range, from Northern Colorado to Colorado Springs and Pueblo. If your property is outside our area, we will help you find the right local broker.

What should I send before our first call?

A short description of what you want to do, the property type, approximate size, location and timing. Owners selling or refinancing can add the rent roll, leases and recent operating statements if they have them handy.

Can a Denver commercial real estate broker help if I am not ready to act yet?

Yes. Many conversations start a year or more before a lease expires or a sale makes sense. Early advice gives you time to plan, compare options and build leverage.
