Build your business with a commercial platform that respects how you work.
For commercial advisors who want more flexibility, stronger economics, and direct support without unnecessary layers, Real offers a modern brokerage model backed by practical experience in Colorado.
Agent Mastermind and Resources
Every Monday and Friday morning, open to any agent
We run an agent mastermind every Monday from 8:00-9:30 a.m. and every Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. (Mountain Time), and it is brand agnostic. You don’t need to be with Real, or thinking about a move, to take a seat. It’s a working session with other agents who want to sharpen their business.
We also keep a library of commercial learning documents open to agents: a CRE glossary, the leasing process, sample LOIs, lease type breakdowns, a sample commission agreement and more.

Why Commercial Agents Join Real
Agents who join Real get a national, cloud-based brokerage with technology, support and an agent-owned culture, while keeping the independence to build their own business. For commercial agents, the real question is whether the brokerage helps you win and close commercial deals, and whether the economics make sense for the way you work.
When you join Real through the CreVelo Group, you also get a commercial team in Colorado: deal support, underwriting tools and brokers who have done the work you are trying to do.
What It Costs to Join Real
Here is Real’s fee structure for US agents as published in Real’s fee schedule, as of October 2026. Real can change it, so confirm every number against Real’s current Independent Contractor Agreement and its official fee overview before you decide.
| Item | What Real charges (US) |
|---|---|
| Split before you cap | 85/15. Real’s 15% stops once it reaches $12,000 in your anniversary year. |
| Post-cap fee, sale | $285 per transaction, or 15% if that is less |
| Post-cap fee, lease | $125 per transaction, or 15% if that is less |
| Elite Agent status | $129 per transaction, or 15% if that is less |
| Capping transaction | A minimum of $285 combined split and fee |
| Joining fee | $249, one time |
| Annual brokerage fee | $900, collected as three $300 installments from your first three qualifying deals |
| Broker review fee | $50 per transaction |
| Minimum to Real | $500 on sales of $115,000 or more |
| Personal transactions | Up to three per year at $250 plus the $50 review fee |
| Office or desk fee | None |
On a co-agent transaction, the post-cap fee is prorated by each agent’s share of the commission. An internal referral between two Real agents creates a second transaction, and the fee applies to both.
Run Your Own Numbers Before You Join Real
We make no earnings claims. What you pay and what you keep depend entirely on your own production, deal mix, average commission and where you are in your anniversary year. A lease-heavy commercial practice looks very different from a sales-heavy one.
Ask us for our brokerage cost calculator to compare your current brokerage to Real on your own numbers, then check the result against Real’s documents.
How Revenue Share Works at Real
This section explains how Real’s revenue share program is structured. It is not a projection or promise of income. Most agents earn little or nothing from revenue share, because most agents never sponsor other agents into Real. What any sponsor receives depends on the agents they sponsor and how much those agents produce.
- Revenue share is paid from Real’s 15% portion of a commission, not from the producing agent’s split.
- It is paid only until the producing agent caps in their anniversary year.
- Program terms from Real’s fee schedule: five tiers at 5%, 4%, 3%, 2% and 1% of gross commission, each with an annual limit per producing agent of $4,000, $3,200, $2,400, $1,600 and $800.
- Deeper tiers open based on how many producing agents a sponsor has personally sponsored (5, 15, 20 and 25), and some tiers can also open through the sponsor’s own capping or Elite status.
- To receive revenue share, a sponsor has to remain a producing agent, and pays a $175 annual participation fee plus 1.2% of each payment.
Real can revise the program at any time. Read the current Commission and Fee Schedule for the full rules.
Real’s Stock Program
Real also runs a stock award program for agents, with restricted stock units tied to milestones like capping and attracting agents. Awards carry vesting periods and can be forfeited if an agent leaves before they vest. We will walk you through the current program documents on a call.
